I hope you have had a fabulous start to your weekend. Today I was in the mood for a little something sweet and some experimentation. So I have made my own recipe for a Double Choc Cookie Pizza with white chocolate chips.
There’s really nothing tricky about this recipe – you just whip up the cookie dough as you usually would and your 90% of the way there. However instead of rolling the dough into balls and lining them up on a baking sheet, grease a pizza tray (make sure it has small holes in the bottom otherwise use baking paper) then chuck in the dough!
